I think you can say that because the International Court of Justice said in July 2024 that Israel's control of some land is not allowed and told countries not to support it.

However, the source you used is inappropriate because it is just one opinion from someone, we don’t know and lack of reliability. So, it can’t be evidence to discuss international opinion. If you are discussing international topics, it is better to use more reliable sources.
