There are no articles or evidence supporting "Mask Mandate 2024". This is not true and Tik Tok is not a liable source that had supporting evidence. It is not a fact.  Again I could not find one article supporting this claim

This TikTok video is not true. In fact according to the New York Post the opposite it true. Biden is now rescinding many of his original executive orders. During his time in office Biden did put out executive orders that required masks. As of right now though there is no executive order for mandatory masks. This is a false claim because this isn't even the actual mandate that was considered to be passed. Biden was considering having a mask mandate in federal buildings but revoked it before it was approved. According to the New York Post, the White House lifted its own internal mask requirements 2 years ago and nothing has changed(https://nypost.com/2024/04/12/us-news/biden-rids-covid-executive-order-requiring-masks-in-federal-buildings/). There is no mandate for citizens and no evidence at all behind it.

According to Congress.gov, there are no mask mandates as of 2023. I didn't find any evidence to back up the fact that Joe Biden signed this order, proving that this is false.

This is false, I could find no reliable sources saying that President Joe Biden ordered a mask mandate in 2024. Here's a White House Press realize talking about the executive order on COVID-19 19 and there is no mention of a new mask mandate

Hi. Starting off by looking at the TikTok you linked, the video is "unavailable." There are multiple reasons for this. The video or account may have been taken down or deleted by the creator but this can also occur if a video is reported for being false and then taken down by admin.    

Since I can't see exactly what the video said or claimed I'm going to address this somewhat broadly. (If there is a specific point or evidence the video provided that you want further info on comment and I'll do my best to answer.) But according to The White House on April 12, 2024 (look at Section 2) Executive Order 13991 (requiring mask-wearing) was revoked. There haven't been any further official statements reinstating the mask mandate.

There is no mask mandate as of May 2024 and there will not be one on June 12, 2024. A simple Google search shows that this is false and can be backed up by reliable sources like the New York Post.
