The singer Charli XCX with her amusing, exhilierating, up beat music has driven her fan base to become almost as big as the democratic political voting class after Charli tweeted "Kamala is brat". Brat is a concept made by Charli XCX from her music, the concept of being a super model, maturity, and standing up for yourself. Trump does not understand this concept of "brat", instead he probably assumes Charli XCX called Kamala a brat with the intention of insulting her when it was the exact opposite.

I like the point about Charlie XCX's "brat" concept and how it ties to empowerment. But the claim that Trump dislikes her feels like a stretch considering there is no real evidence, just speculation. While it is true that Charlie XCX supported Kamala during the presidential debate in the BBC article provided, there is no specific place where it actually talks about Trump. Still, the idea of older politicians misreading pop culture is interesting and worth exploring more.

Although findings were minimal for this claim that ties the politician to the singer. I found the claim to be over-exaggerating. The article speaks more about the rebrand of former vice president Kamala Harris during her presidential campaign to appease and relate to younger voters. According to CIRCLE, the amount of people between the ages of 18-29 who voted in the 2024 presidential election was about 47 percent, which is a 3 percent decrease from 2020. Which is what the brat rebrand tried to appeal to. Although no tweet, quote, or conference concluded with Donald Trump saying or expressing his disdain for Charli XCX. I believe this was a made-up assumption.
