False. According to the Times of Israel, Mufid Abdulqader, the half-brother of former Hamas political leader Khaled Mashal, was released from U.S. federal prison on December 12, 2024, after serving 16 years of a 20-year sentence for financing Hamas through the Holy Land Foundation. However, his release was not part of President Biden's December 2024 pardons and commutations, which focused on nonviolent offenses. Instead, Abdulqader was transferred to community confinement, which includes home confinement or placement in a Residential Reentry Center, with a projected release date of December 12, 2025. Therefore, the claim that his release resulted from President Biden's pardons and commutations is inaccurate.

I liked how you included both in your answer where you got your information and also included the links to the sources. You were able to explain fully why this claim is false and included dates and how this doesn't connect to Biden's pardons. From what I saw, these sources weren't biased and I could see where you got your information from. The only thing that I am skeptical about is whether these sources are reliable and whether they are biased or not.
