Com'on, the UNRWA itself admits many of it's workers took part in the Oct 7 attacks. The content of it's school text books had been known for years.

It does important work but it has clearly got major problems.

Exaggerated/ misleading. According to the UNRWA website, the organization conducted an internal investigation into allegations that some of its employees were involved in the October 7 attacks on southern Israel. The investigation found that nine staff members had potential involvement in the attacks. UNRWA decided to terminate their contracts in the interest of the agency. The evidence indicated possible involvement of these nine individuals, but the findings were not conclusive.
