Elon Musk is so desperate to control Wisconsin’s Supreme Court, he’s funding fake ads pretending to support Judge Susan Crawford — just to turn voters against her with phony “progressive” messages filled with misleading lies.
Don’t fall for it.

This is true. According to the article: "records show the ads that appear on Facebook and Instagram and in text messages to some voters are underwritten by Building America’s Future. That’s a national conservative group that counts Musk among its biggest donors, a Wall Street Journal report revealed." These adds threaten Crawford by having her come off as against conservative values and making her seem as many republicans feel, "too left."

Which article are you referring to? It's best to always provide the URL to your sources, which should include citations besides the original poster's source. Thanks!

Another helpful piece of information in this discussion about propaganda circulated by musk in the battle for Wisconsin is his questionably legal distribution of one-million dollar checks to select voters who stand in as spokespeople for Musk's capabilities, pledged to vote in his favour. https://www.cnn.com/2025/04/01/politics/elon-musk-million-dollar-checks-campaign-finance-what-matters/index.html

I think it would be great if you add links to show us what you are referring to, other than that great job answering this claim. I think you could have gone a little bit more in depth to explain how this is true, but overall thank you for this fact check.

You have a claim and quotes to support it. However, it would be helpful to add links or reference the name of the source where you're getting the information from. To add on, I think it would be helpful to go into more detail about what the quotes you chose mean and how it supports your claim. Thank you for the fact-check.

What source are you referring to? The claim and evidence that you have made may be correct but without a source it is hard to understand the truth to your information. Also I think talking more about the quotes that you have chosen would allow for a better understanding of your claim.

It would be beneficial to your fact check if you had provided a link to the source you were referring to so others can see for themselves where you got your information. It also would have been helpful to see more than one source being used as it would have made your fact check all the more credible, but I like that you quoted directly from your source.
