There are valid concerns around the concentration of power and martial law; however, both are politically solid and generally expected considering the full scale invasion occurring. And the claim of "undemocratic" likely comes from the pausing of elections. Allegations against specific individuals, including Andriy Yermak, currently lack any solid evidence, though rumors continue to grow around his growing power, disappearing funds, and other questionable actions. It is quite possible that further evidence might come into the light in the future to verify or fully rebuke these claims.

I appreciate this answer because you remain neutral in response to this mildly harsh claim, and props to you for breaking that language barrier! Also good jobs pointing out the reasons as to why people would think that. I too agree that this can definitely be overly exaggerated.

I appreciate your digging into this claim despite the language barrier, and also  that, despite the exaggerated nature of the original claim, you gave the small political journalist a little benefit of the doubt as it pertains to understanding their possible motivations to inflate the truth; in doing this fact-checks, I often have to remind myself that sources of misinformation may not be spreading falsities simply for the sake of being deceptive, which I think is more indicative of the imperfections of the profession than the vices of the individual. It would've been great if you matched up your links to your content in the actual body of your fact-check to make connecting the dots a little easier for future readers, but other than that, great job!

That's a pretty serious accusation, are there any credible sources like watchdog reports or independent investigations backing this? Also, officials like Yermak aren’t elected positions, so that part of the claim seems misleading.
