Will Smith testified during the trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs in May 2025.

Although many people are going to be apart of the Diddy trial it has yet to be proven that Will Smith has testified. There was a video that speculated that Will Smith and another celebrity has testified but that has been proven wrong. Although Will has very close connections he has yet to be subpoenaed to court. Through my research I did find that Cassies Ventura and Kid Cudi both have testified against Diddy but those are the only 2 major celebrities so far.

As of now this is entirely false though as the case develops more witnesses may become available or added to the list. The list of witnesses is quite comprehensive and consistent across multiple sources so it is unlikely that Will Smith has or will testify. That being said many of the witnesses are listed under pseudonyms so it's still possible though unlikely and as of now entirely unverifiable.

As of June 1st, this claim is false. Those who have given their testimony so far are Casie Ventura, Combs' ex girlfriend, and Kid Cudi who had dated Ventura after Combs. While Combs and Smith have had friendly interactions in the past, there is no reason to believe he had any involvement in the events Diddy is under fire for. Unless that is proven different, there is no reason for Will Smith to have been or to be summoned for this case.
