The genocide in Gaza was enthusiastically supported by Biden. Vietnam, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Central America to name but a few of the US illegal agressions around the globe. Obama's drone assassinations killed 1000s. Russia is a bit player by comparison.

Starting with the first claim, the Biden administration provided at least $17.9 billion in military aid to Israel according to Aljazeera. The US also deployed about 100 troops in order to help operate an advanced missile defense system it was sending to Israel. Many people who served in the government under Biden left the administration because of his response to the genocide in Gaza. So by using this evidence, it is not far off to claim that Biden did support the genocide. For the second claim there is no source that truly states the legality of the stated aggressions caused by the US. However, there have been many debates from outside sources on the matter. Finally, Obama’s drone usage did kill about 3,000 terrorists as well as 391 civilians. During his time in office he authorized 506 drone strikes, the technology of which he inherited from Bush’s previous presidency. However, to say that “Russia has been a bit player by comparison” would be incorrect as if we are comparing the amount of people killed because of these attacks, Russia has done worse in the long run. In the Russia-Ukrainian war, Russia has killed thousands of civilians and hundreds of thousands of soldiers. As well as the war crime charges against Russia military personnel that include torture, unlawful confinement of a U.S. national and inhuman treatment.
The first source mentioned provided first hand accounts of people who worked alongside Biden. A former director of congressional and public affairs at the State Department's Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Josh Paul, had talked about how Biden repeatedly acknowledged the “red lines” Israel had crossed but did nothing about them. However, it could be argued that this source has a bias against Biden because of its use of people who left the Biden administration due to his response to Gaza. After checking other sources, it is true that Biden did provide money to Israel to help aide their military. The article from The New York Times about Obama's drone strikes came from a secondary source but it summarizes his use of the drones. The article about Russia and their war crimes came from the US Department of Justice and uses quotes directly from the FBI about the evidence for the war crimes.
