I did some research and I’d say that the claim stated that NATO had both supplied NASAMS air defense missiles and that they hit residential buildings in Kyiv is unverified and requires a fair amount of caution. It is true that there are videos online that show buildings in Kyiv being hit by missiles. The thing is that there's no evidence that can 100% that they were NASAMS missiles. It's true that some secondary sources (linked below) have Russian officials as well as media outlets stating the use of these missiles, though it’s not independently verified.
The Bluesky post referenced in the claim shows reference to footage of NASAMS missiles hitting said residential areas, but there is no documentation shown from a primary source (AKA NATO or the Ukrainian military). It is also true that there is reporting from Russia’s representative/envoy going to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) referring to missile impacts in Kyiv. This is also a secondary account though and it might show some partisan perspectives. All to say, there is no primary source (AKA a verified Ukrainian military report or a NATO statement, or even a forensic missile analysis) of which genuinely confirms that it was NASAMS missiles that caused these specific building strikes. So despite the footage I would proceed with caution.
