The claim that Taco Bell has the fastest drive thru, and Chick-Fil-A ranks highest in customer satisfaction is true. Intouch Insight and QRS Magazine conducted their 25th Annual Drive-Thru Study, examining 13 fast food brands across three categories of classic, chicken, and beverage. The study included 165 undercover visits per brand, with a total of over 2,000 visits across the US. Results showed that the average drive-thru time was 5:35, Taco Bell was the fastest at 4:16, while Chick-Fil-A had the longest average time at 7:06. One slightly misleading aspect of the article is that Chick-Fil-A tied for first place in overall satisfaction with Dutch Bros at 98%, yet the article claims that Chick-Fil-A alone was first, disregarding Dutch Bros. However, Chick-Fil-A did earn the highest friendliness score at 93%. The article does exaggerate this detail, but the overall conclusion that Taco Bell has the fastest drive-thru and Chick-Fil-A leads in customer satisfaction remains accurate.
