Presidents are constitutionally limited to two elected terms but some had suggested unorthodox gambit to stay in office. This article is implying that trump would be willing to bend the rules in order for himself to benefit, however, it is stated that he doesn't think that this third term would be right and even if he could he would not run for VP.
