No, the armed forces of Ukraine are not in front of the Kremlin. The link at the bottom of the link takes me to a website called BlueSky. This link shows a video of soldiers with weapons next to a large wall, which may or may not be the Kremlin. According to BBC News, a map shows Russia's military control around Ukraine on Oct. 14, and they are nowhere near the Kremlin. Either the video was AI-generated, or soldiers gathering up at another large wall that isn't the front of the Kremlin. This video looked like a TikTok, so I looked up the user and found there were around 20 videos about the war between Russia and Ukraine, and most, if not all, the videos looked AI-generated, which leads me to believe the original video is too.
