The USA does not need international law. Why should we say Russia needs international law? But Putin signed this treaty like a gentleman while the USA led vicious attacks against Iraq in 2003, one of the worst attacks of the century. Russia has fought more humanely than the USA did in Iraq.

Yes this claim that the US bypassed international law along with its allies, many times throughout the war with Iraq and many other wars in the region through various means that can be found in this study years later

Your agreement with the claim is clear but perhaps you could cite another source that agrees with your other one? Maybe you could even dive into the history of American wars and how they have pushed the borders of legality and morals in order to give some historical evidence to your claim and show a pattern of events?
