Although Bloom Greens has risen in popularity recently so have questions. It is said to have many benefits, which it does due to some ingredients. However, there are many unproven added ingredients, and because there are so many "healthy" ingredients combined with others, the true health benefits are being diluted.

"Despite the fact Bloom Nutrition has used proprietary blends to try and mask the ingredient quantities, we can still see there isn't enough present of any to be of use. They're then lumped in with unproven ingredients that dilute the quantity of the useful ones even more. Some of these unproven ingredients are even linked to side effects too."

Although it does have health benefits, more so over a long period of time using it, and the blend of ingredients not being effective enough, there are better alternatives to choose from.
