For its true health benefits to be achieved, it cannot have a ton of unhealthy additions such as a lot of heavy cream or sugary syrups in it. According to Johns Hopkins, research shows evidence that coffee, in moderation, can link to many health benefits. These include reduced risk of contracting Alzheimer's, strokes, colon cancer, Parkinson's disease, heart failure, diabetes, kidney disease, and more ("9 Reasons Why (the Right Amount of) Coffee is Good for You"). Cleveland Clinic also provides research showing evidence that coffee can be a source of nutrients, "including B vitamins, potassium, and riboflavin", and provides many antioxidants ("This Should Perk You Up: The Surprising Health Benefits of Coffee").

This is a true claim. Although too much coffee can be not healthy for you, there are actually many correlations that have been made that prove coffees ability to promote our wellbeing. In the health line article, 9 Health Benefits of Coffee, these benefits are explained. Promoting weight damage is one of the benefits listed in this article.

This claim is true. According to John Hopkins Medicine,  the right amount of coffee contains antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce internal inflammation. Due to recent studies, Coffee drinking can prevent coronary heart diseasestroke, and diabetes in women.

While in general, coffee consumption is widely considered healthy, the health benefits are only present within moderate doses. Most resources recommend 1-5 cups a day to stay within the healthy range. Some healthy benefits include longevity, optimized glucose processing, and heart bulletproofing. According to Healthline, there are a few health benefits associated with drinking coffee including boosting energy levels, it could support brain health, and may link to lowering risks of type 2 diabetes. However, "people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, children and adolescents, and people with certain health conditions: should limit their intake, moreover, 3-4 cups a day is considered to be a moderate intake.

Moderate coffee drinking can have several health benefits. Drinking a couple cups of coffee a day can lower the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and depression. Still, you should stay away from drinking excessive coffee as that can have several downsides for your health.
