Another thing that makes it obvious this isn't a good source is that the information was published in a message group chat. The headline does correlate with the video so it is not trying to trick you about what the video is claiming, but the information is from a. completely unreliable source. According to a list provided by The United States District Court neither of these two women are on the list.
