This statement was referring to Zelenskyy’s interview with NBC. When I go to this X profile, I can see that they are basically anonymous and have 1.5k followers. So, I can assume this is just some random person, not a professional political figure or anything of that sort.

It goes on to say that there is no actual evidence of him being on drugs. The article also mentions that he most likely was distracted due to the ear device he wore for translations.

When you look up claims about this, you do find a lot of X posts about it. There is one I found that is from a verified user with 601k followers, Kyle Becker, a writer and producer for Fox News, who is supporting this claim. Becker does not really meet the requirements as a legitimate source in this situation, and neither are the other X posts.
You also find a lot of other fact checking websites saying that this claim is not true, but I wonder if there is any hard proof that either proves or disproves this claim, other than discussions about careful footage examination disproving the claim.
