Estrogen in poultry and beef makes men bald, grow man boobs, and unable to put on muscle mass.

This is false. The amount of estrogen in meats is small and regulated by the FDA and, according to Dr. Anawalt, an endocrinologist and medicine professor at UW, it is impossible to eat the amount of chicken/beef needed to get remotely close to causing any of those effects. Additionally, while excess estrogen can lead to gynecomastia (enlargement of male breast tissue) and deter muscle mass growth, estrogen doesn’t cause balding. There’s also a study in the Toxicology Research and Application journal that says there is no evidence that the hormone content in typical serving sizes of common foods harms health.

Why did you use politifact and researchgate for your sources and how do you know they're trustworthy? Besides that this is a great check, you explain why it's wrong and what is actually going on.
