This is a true fact as Mahomes’ attorney Brandan Davies has issued a statement to trustworthy news outlets CNN and People about the charges and sentencing. According to AP News, in May 2023, Mahomes was arrested on aggravated sexual battery charges in late February following an incident at a Kansas restaurant. In January 2024, KCTV later reported that the three felony charges were dropped, revealing additional details about the legal battle. As of March 7, the brother of star quarterback Patrick Mahomes is now required to complete six months unsupervised probation as listed above, confirmed by Davies’ statements. “Jackson is thankful for the support of his family and friends during the last year. Jackson pled no contest to a single count of simple battery and he was given six months of unsupervised probation,” said Davies to CNN and People
