There is no evidence that Kate Middleton is in rehab. There are images of police officers stationed outside of the London Clinic Middleton reported to for a "planned abdominal surgery", as stated by Kensington Palace on January 17th, 2024. On March 22, Kate Middleton announced that she was diagnosed with cancer and will be stepping back from the public eye. Since this announcement, she has been seen on March 4th, March 11th, and June 15th. Considering that she has been seen multiple times in public, and on her property, it's unlikely that she is attending a rehabilitation program.
