While Kylie Jenner struggles to sell her mansion with ex Travis Scott, she is not losing her riches. As of 2024, Kylie is the second richest Kardashian with a net worth of $700 million, after Kim Kardashian. Her daughter Stormi, has a net worth of $410 million. She has two brands, her make-up company, Kylie's Cosmetics, and her skincare line, Kylie Skin. She's getting paid upwards of seven figures by using her social media to promote brands like Adidas.

In terms of her house not selling, they have tried to sell it for a while now. There was a buyer, but it seemed that they turned away. The house has been on and off the market for almost two years. They purchased it for $13 million and tried to sell it for $22 million, and now $18 million. Real estate agents are saying that there are a lot of reasons that they're not selling. One says "'When the property first came on the market at just under $22 million, it was priced too aggressively," Maize contends. "Since then, it has been reduced multiple times. It's now stale. In my opinion, it is worth $16.5 to $17 million." Others have said that they bought it for too much (realtor.com)

This is an extremely informative and thorough fact check. I really appreciate you finding so many sources and numbers that are backing the claim you are proving/misproving. You did a great job including the prices of her housing and it is also nice how you added some of your own opinion. I enjoy reading this as well.

This is a very through fact check. I like that you brought out the statistics of net worths. I also think that the quote from the realtor also helped your factcheck significantly. While it is true that she can't sell her home she is definitely not "losing her riches". Well done!

Great fact check! the article you used to look up the net worths (which tend to not be accurate) linked their net worth to forbes which is where the most reliably numbers would be. I think the quote from the realtor helos us understand  the the issue isn't that severe they just think that the house was priced too high when they bought it.

This is a very informative fact check. The fact Checker did a good job researching the topic and used many sources. They were able to prove that this article provided some factual information but was overall false.
