The photo attached to this tweet does appear to be a real story published on the AP website(https://apnews.com/article/bd45c372caf118ec99964ea547880cd0#) though the dateline and byline appear to be missing compared to the picture attached. And while the story does appear to get some things right about the current state of the environment with more extreme weather inundating coastal regions especially in developing regions as well as what they referred to as "eco-refugees," it is no where near as cynical as the original tweet attached which refers to "chemtrails, toxic food, medicines, 5G, and money-making Vaccines" as"wiping out" people.
