There is no available information that confirms Kylie Jenner's usage of Ozempic. Ozempic is a "weekly injection that helps lower blood sugar by helping the pancreas make more insulin." While not approved, some doctors do prescribe it for weight loss (UC Davis Health). Fans have speculated for months if Jenner is taking Ozempic for weight loss after being photographed two months apart and having her arms and face look "noticeably thinner." After having her second child in 2022, she took to Instagram to share her postpartum journey, saying “We have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be ‘back.’ Not even physically, just mentally, after birth.”

In January 2024, her children's father Travis Scott released a song called BACKRooMS where he raps, "She doin' Ozempic, tryna be different / Tryna be a new woman.” Many people speculated that this was about Jenner. He has not confirmed or denied if these lyrics are about his children's mother.

On February 28, Yris Palmer, one of Jenner's good friends posted a video on TikTok of the two of them in it. Many commenters spoke on Jenner's physical appearance, speculating about her use of Ozempic. However, Palmer came to Jenner's defense saying, “Actually my friend is back to her pre-baby weight and looks amazing.”

Kylie Jenner nor any representatives have spoken on this matter.
