This title misinforms the public about the bill being put up to the Hawaiian senate that is "Awaiting Senate action after passing the House, HB2079 grants a de-facto immunity and asylum in Hawaii for any kidnapper who claims to be helping a child receive so-called ‘gender-affirming’ treatments," as of from Saturday, March 16, 2024. Hawaii is not necessarily making kidnapping "legal", it is just giving less harsh punishments for kidnappers when found guilty.

I don't think this is true mainly because the video used for the post is no longer available. It also seems way to far fetched. Kidnapping someone would never be legalized anywhere Also, Hawaii allows gender affirming care and allows insurance to cover it according to this article
