This claim is false. Angelina Jolie did not shower or bathe  for 3 days, but not 7 days. This headline supposed to damage her reputation.  The reason why she did not shower for 3 days, was because she had a photo shot. It involved bees that were sensitive to her smell.

This claim is partially true but overall false. Although it is confirmed that she refrained from bathing for the sake of the bees in the National Geographic photo shoot, the amount of days is incorrect. It is reported to be 3 days not 7. "She stated in the interview that accompanied the photo in a National Geographic feature that she skipped showering for three days before the photo shoot." Jolie's specific words were "We couldn't shower for three days before. Because they told me, "If you have all these different scents, shampoos and perfumes and things, the bee doesn't know what you are."

This is a false claim. Angelina Jolie did not bathe before the shoot but in a recent interview, she claimed that she did not bathe for three days, not seven. The reason she stopped bathing for three days is so the bees would not be attracted to her shampoos and perfumes.
