He in fact was not yelling at anyone, he was filming a movie in New York where in his scene he happened to be yelling.

This claim is false. Robert De Niro was rehearsing outside in New York for his new film with Netflix when someone caught a video and posted it on X saying he was yelling at Palestine protestors. De Niro was also surrounded by the NYPD which further made it seem like a protest was taking place.
