While it is known that Russia has hypersonic missiles, there are no sources that claim that Russia attacked Israel. Your source appears to be a TikTok that has been removed as of now. What we do know, however, is that Russia has attacked Ukraine with hypersonic missiles. According to CNN and confirmed by US and Ukrainian officials, Russia has used Kinzhal missiles in Mid-March during the invasion of Ukraine.

Good answer. While several unreliable sources (YouTube, TikTok) have claimed that Russia struck Israel with hypersonic ballistic missiles, zero acclaimed news sites agree. While we know that the Houthi terrorist group struck Israel with a hypersonic ballistic missile, there's no evidence of Russia firing at Israel. The closest you can find to that is Iran sending Russia ballistic missiles. It's safe to claim that Russia never fired any missiles into Israel.
