The main claim in this is that Georgia is cutting ties with NATO and conducting diplomacy with Russia. This claim is almost right but ultimately wrong, Georgia passed the "Transparency of Foreign Influence" law which requires any non-profit entities, like NGO's, that recieve 20% or more funding from abroad, to register as a “organisations pursuing the interest of a foreign influence”. Georgian's are against this law because it does potentially disrupt their path in becoming an EU member and keep them as a russian country for longer. Georgia is still in relations with NATO and not conducting diplomacy with Russia.
