Oregon is opening too many residential treatment facilities and severely lacking in detox facilities and secure high-acuity behavioral health facilities.

Did you happen to find any other source that covered the was briefly published on the Oregon Health Authority’s website? I can see that the report features quotes for the OHA spokesperson but other than that, nothing else seems to show up about this report.
