Combs has faced multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, all of which he has denied. He has been accused of drugging and assaulting under age and unresponsive women. There is leaked security footage of Diddy "shoving and kicking" an ex-girlfriend, a past victim reports feeling dizzy and physically weak after drinking a glass of wine offered to her by Combs, and he has also been accused of a separate "four terrifying sexual encounters" where he raped his victim and forced her to take ecstasy.

Your point regarding Diddy's actions make sense. The article seems to confirm the allegations against Diddy. However, restating the article doesn't mean the information is true. I would encourage to find a source that can confirm the video, other than the article which just included the date the team filled the video for evidence. Overall though I agree that the allegations are true.

It is true that he has denied the charges against him. This article doesn't exactly say it outright, but there are many articles from reputable sources that say he has pleaded not guilty. This article more implies his plea by talking about a trial taking place in the future. If he admitted to the charges and plead guilty the next step would be sentencing, not trial. Additionally, Forbes is a pretty reputable source and the authors are established reporters.

Your point regarding the trial process makes sense, but I would be cautious of drawing too many conclusions from the article's silence. Comparing information from various sources and considering how the media reports stories are wise, but it's also critical to keep in mind that news coverage, especially in high-profile cases like this one can be lacking. Though it could be beneficial to delve further into the details being reported and the reasons behind the emphasis on some details over others, you did a good job utilizing reliable sources!

Although these are definitely insightful sources, they could be expanded on in why P Diddy denied the charges and the reliability of the sources can also be delved into as well. By expanding in on the resources, it backs up the claim being truthful all the more.
