The article seems to be a bit off with the numbers, The article states that 70% of the universe is dark energy, however, it does seem like the actual number is 68% as you can see here

So, I believe they just rounded up, but it's still mostly correct. I don't know where you got the 95% from, but both are exaggerated numbers compared to the truth.

But don't just drop a link. Give an explanation, copy and paste the relevant information, etc.
