This post seems to have been removed from Bluesky. Defamatory claims, especially against liberal leaning politicians, is more heavily penalized and moderated on Bluesky as opposed to Twitter / X.

This is an example of an opinion being stated as fact. Even if we pretend there is no 'should' in this claim, this is simply false as covered by reputable news sources here:

First, the link to the post is unavailable, so it was probably taken down. Also, because of the way the claim is phrased at the end, "should be criminal", makes it opinionated therefore not a proper claim to validate.
