This article includes a Fox News interview with JD vance where he critizses the media for not paying enough attention to Kamala Harris and her claims of employement at Mcdonalds. While people are dying in the streets this is what they care about I guess, and now I am curious. Donald Trump and his administration viemently denies that Kamala Harris worked at Mcdonalds, but it seems like it is a baseless and unveryifiable claim. Is it true that she worked at mcdonalds, or is trump just lying for fun?

My first thought with this claim is that you are wrong she did not lie about working at McDonald's in college because of my own opinion's and beliefs and statements i have heard as well as how she has upheld this statement and made it out to be something so convincible as she uses emptions so well to persuade her audience in a way without providing facts like what's happening here.

Kamla Harris hasn't provided one source of evidence or detail that backs up her claim that she worked at mcdonalds when she was in college being the middle class and wanting some extra cash she has however stated multiple times that she has worked there and hope people take her word for it even though in different articles there is evidence of her saying two different jobs she did which doesn't help her claim at all and if anything makes her claim out to be a false statement when saying one thing of, "i did French fries and ice cream" and another claim of, "i did fries and then i did the cashier" all of this can be found in this article: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/harris-mcdonalds-college/ that also provides supporting evidence behind my theory of not being able to trust her statement's without visible or some kind of proof.

Finally after reading this article from the USA TODAY a reliable source dated this year states that the cooperate of McDonald's has no visible proof or evidence to provide that Kamala Harris has ever worked at McDonald's this article is also fat checked by CNN to be true as well as the one above so in all i would venture to say that this claim would be proven to be true that Kamala Harris has lied about working at McDonald's based on my sources https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2024/09/09/mcdonalds-statement-harris-job-fact-check/75105207007/

This fact-check is very detailed and I can tell you really analyzed this question. But when I think about this question in a real life scenario, I get stuck. For example, if I was 60 years old and was talking about where I worked in high school, I would pull up photos and have no evidence, besides that, that I worked there. But back in her day, they didn't have cell phones to take pictures. I doubt in 40 years I will still have credentials to prove I worked at Crumbl Cookies when I was 16. With that being said, this is a well explained claim, just something to think about.
