It seems that independent voter are seen as "second-class citizen." As the election approaches and there seems to be a large part of American falling into the independent parties this election which brings up the idea of the value and accessibility of their vote. Many say this is a life-changing election which makes me curious on the role that these independent voters have and the influence on what this a 'tight election'. As it seems that not only do they have more barriers, based on the article linked, but also have a lowers their status as and American citizen.

I will give it to you; I think that this is a super interesting topic. And I also think you did a fairly decent job arguing the point you were trying to get across. I also think it is a little crazy to tell a group of Americans they are of a lower status because of the way they vote. You could have used a more reliable source as well. I have never heard of Fulcrum News and I highly doubt many other people have. Using ABC, Fox, CNN, or NBC would have made your argument a lot better.
