This resource shows that this attack was the bloodiest and most violent attack on IDF soldiers since the war last October. The attack left 4 soldiers deceased and over 60 IDF soldiers injured. This attack happened 40 miles into Israel from the border on Sunday just after 7 pm they are still gathering information about the aircraft that was used in the attack but they speculate it was a Mirsad drone, also known as an Ababil drone in Iran which makes them harder to detect because they are small in size, very light and has a very low Radar signature.

While this is sad news, it seems like you did a clear factcheck based on the clear source, and throughout the research, was able to find that it has been confirmed that the drone incident has left numerous casualties.
