The final toxicology report of Liam Payne's death has not been released however the initial report showed there was cocaine in his system.

NBC news stated that the initial toxicology report has been revealed and does in fact show signs of drugs in his system. Drugs including pink cocaine which is often used in combination with drugs such as MDMA, ketamine, and methamphetamine. It is not yet determined when these reports will be made public.

Though NBC News is very trustworthy it would be interesting to find where they got the information for said toxicology. That way we could see how reliable the information is. RIP Liam.

From the article, "A preliminary autopsy report from the Argentinian Public Prosecutor's Office found that Payne died of "multiple traumas" and "internal and external bleeding."" This looks like the source all of these articles are using and for now it seems like the most accurate and recent source as of now. If the hospital who took him in after the accident is saying this then all we can do is blindly belive it. All of the authors from all of the links seem trustworthy and therefore I think this claim is correct.
