This is true. As of May 11, 2023, the Biden administration declared that the COVID-19 National and Public Health epidemic was over. Most companies would also follow since their government is safe. All cruise ship companies would not need to have vaccine cards to show proof of anything. Everything was back to normal for the first time in nearly 3 years.

The claim that cruise lines have lifted COVID-19 vaccine requirements is most likely true. According to health.com, a not super reliable source, most major cruise lines do not require vaccination status unless traveling to a place that requires it.
