There is a lot of immediate red flags about this post. It was posted on a social media platform that doesn't require any sort of credentials or certification to post material. The post is from an account labeled as a verified business, but that doesn't mean anything in terms of validity of the account. The post itself is extremely vague about its sources, and doesn't link any information for the reader to see for themself. There is also no link to an extended article or website either, leading me to believe this is the full extent of their claim, with no strong evidence to back it. I did a search for any other information on the topic, and found it very difficult to find anything at all. I did manage to find this article on Snopes.com saying that these claims are not true, and the actual report made by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction says that this was only a small possibility, and it is unknown if this actually happened.

This evaluation is very strong especially with you calling to attention about how the source provided is from a X account with little to no background scholarship or sourced evidence to determine credibility that appears to express unclear information. Great job bringing forth how a representative for Afghanistan Reconstruction says there is a minimal chance of this instance actually happening,  with no further confirmation.

Source legitimacy: Although it is a .com website, oneindia.com did include a video of president Biden denying the transaction. The OG post comes from X, which included no source or evidence of any kind.
