After checking a few different sites, I think that this claim is true. Multiple reliable news sources such as CNN, TODAY, and ABC News have confirmed this. The official autopsy of Liam Payne revealed that "pink cocaine" was found in his system. This term refers to a large mixture of drugs including MDMA, ketamine, cocaine, and methamphetamine- All of which were found in his system.

Unfortunately, this headline seems to be TRUE after further investigating the statement. For some background, according to the DEA, "the actual substances included in pink cocaine are not known until a sample is tested. It is likely, however, that pink cocaine contains no cocaine. DEA laboratory testing has identified pink powders containing combinations such as: Ketamine and MDMA Methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA Cocaine and fentanyl Fentanyl and xylazine". Liam Payne had been outspoken about his past substance abuse and mental health issues. At the time of his death, "An initial toxicology report revealed Payne, the British singer who die at age 31, had drugs in his system, including “pink cocaine,” ABC News reported Monday, citing sources. The recreational drug typically includes a combination of MDMA, ketamine and methamphetamine." The original toxicology report is not expected to be released to the public, but given that "pink cocaine" ingredients is essentially the substance found in his system, we can only assume that is one of the many substances used the night of his death.
