Likely not misinformation.

Sources indicate that Musk has had multiple personal and geopolitical phone calls with Putin over the past two years. Security concerns raised over the fact that even members of the Biden administration were unaware of these communications and because Musk is heavily involved in Donald Trump's campaign and will likely be involved in his administration if he is elected.

Your fact check is simple and to the point, checking the information with your own source and providing additional context. One nitpick I have is asking that you make sure to separate facts from speculation. Your statement, "Security concerns raised over the fact that even members of the Biden administration were unaware of these communications and because Musk is heavily involved in Donald Trump's campaign and will likely be involved in his administration if he is elected." should be broken up in a way to separate your assumption about Donald Trump's campaign and the information sourced from your article. This way people don't get confused and don't assume your opinions are actually facts.
