"Amelia Dimoldenberg and Andrew Garfield address their flirty relationship and discuss the idea of dating in the latest episode of 'Chicken Shop Date.'"

There's clearly some palpable tension between these two, and a few little nuggets (chicken pun) of information throughout the article hint that these two might be holding each other at a bit of a closer distance than a table in a chicken shop. In the article (and the episode the article is based on), it notes that - while it's common for Amelia Dimoldenberg to jokingly deadpan to her guests - there are a few extra elements that make this interview special. Author Skyler Caruso shares, "The two joked about being "friend-zoned," but Dimoldenberg reminded Garfield that he has her number if anything changes, revealing that he previously asked her for it at a party." Interesting that Garfield has already asked for her number, eh? Caruso even notes that Garfield referred to their Chicken Shop date as "a practice round" and he went so far as to say "I think we should do it again actually, and better."

Using this evidence compounded with Garfield's reputation of being a usually genuine and emotionally open character, it's not unreasonable to conclude that there might be more dates in Amelia and Andrew's future (and not just in the Chicken Shop).

Dimoldenberg and Garfield did not announce that they were dating, the title of this claim is misleading. Though they addressed the flirtation between the two of them on multiple occasions, especially during their viral interview from the 2023 Golden Globes red carpet, and Garfield commented that they should "do it again actually, and better," there has been no official statement from either party clearly stating that the two are dating. While I understand where this misconception comes from, based on the perceived genuinity of the comments made by both Dimoldenberg and Garfield during their long awaited "chicken shop date" episode.

This article has hints of the truth, however it is overall false. The title of the article states that Andrew Garfield and Amelia Dimoldenberg defined their relationship, but they did not. I first read the article, which led me to believe that they were dating, and then I watched the video that the article was referring to, and after doing so I realized that they were not dating, had not to find their relationship, and had no previous romantic history, unlike what the article would have you believe. The article picked bits and pieces from the video that made it seem like they were dating however it left out much needed context.
