After some brief research, I have found this to be true. I looked into some sources on my own, including the one by The Verge, which was listed above, and it does appear that Snoop Dogg, Martha Stewart, and Bic are involved with the creation of an iPhone case that also carries a lighter.

This is TRUE. While it seems that the promotion is over, this does seem to be a product that BIC offered. There is this official article from BIC's corporate website:

As well as this post from BIC's Official Instagram account:

However, it seems like this product is no longer available as there is no link to buy it from anywhere anymore.

This post is older, and it appears that this product is no longer being sold however this is true. The company BIC posted a photo of these phone cases on Instagram. BIC Lighter | Phone ✅BIC EZ Reach Lighter ✅ Our new, limited edition “Hold the Phone” Cases by BIC EZ Reach Lighters keep your lighter within reach... | Instagram

How every there is nowhere to buy these online and the only thing available to buy in collaboration with snoop Dogg off of BIC are lighters.

The fact is still true based off of the Instagram post.
