Japanese pitcher Roki Sasaki will soon be available for MLB teams to sign, and the Dodgers are especially interested in him. He throws incredibly fast pitches, and Dodgers executives have been watching him closely for years. He dreams of becoming one of the world’s top players, and many MLB teams are eager to sign him.

Is it true? Do the Dodgers really want him?

This is true there are many articles out there from Bleacher report and as well as ESPN saying that Sasaki is a top priority for the dodgers. The dodgers and much of the MLB has been monitoring this top player in the NBL for years.
