I believe this statement to be true. There were only few sources that talked about Charlie XCX and Troye Sivan's collaboration making $28 million but they all credited Billboard. One source I found states that they sold 297,000 tickets from 22 shows which brings me to the consensus that this claim is true due to the success of tickets sold and also the amount of attention this tour has had in the media. It is also relevant to point out Charlie XCX's album 'Brat' that was all the rave during the summer of 2024 and it's media take over that gained attention of teens and Kamala Harris's presidential campaign.
