This claim is true, as the re-rise of Ozempic users and it's popularity brought up again can be sourced outside of your original source. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/07/12/well/ozempic-fake-counterfeit-drugs.html, this article was posted back in July, which means there is still a high circulation of fake weight loss drugs around the US and other countries, adding truth to your claim.
