In the original journal the authors go into detail about the procedure, explaining the study from Japan from its conception to the exact scientific processes behind it, as well as the patients involved and the time frame, being from 2019-2020. Given that the information comes from a well-renowned, peer-reviewed medical journal written by fourteen medical experts, the information can be regarded as true, and the article by Nature reflects the same information written in the original journal, just simplified.
