I was pushed a sponsored ad on my Instagram feed that was advertising a Lawsuit against these listed ride share companies. I can't upload the screenshot of the ad that I took, but I found a website that is reporting on a lawsuit that is similar to the post I saw.

This is a good source (but another deeper one would be https://www.cand.uscourts.gov/judges/breyer-charles-r-crb/ubermdl/ ).

"This new MDL has over 1,400 plaintiffs over 29 states as of November 2024 and is expected to grow to the thousands" 

So although the lawsuit and investigation are ongoing, the statement that drivers are "said to..." the statement is true.

But don't just drop a link. Give an explanation, copy and paste the relevant information, etc.
