This article talks about the possibility of UFOs being real and the experiences of those that have believed they have seen one. Overall this article contains mostly first-person accounts of those who believe that have experienced a UFO encounter, which can sometimes be untrustworthy. No hard evidence is seen of actual UFO remains or correlations to events happening in the surrounding area. They use first-hand experiences of two people one of which is reputable enough to have a background in AirForce. They also use a survey from the Pew Research Center of the amount of people who believe intelligent life exists outside of our planet with those numbers being 65:34, in favor of those who do believe intelligent life exists. In conclusion, this article does not enhance the proof of intelligent life in the solar system or make claims to provide strong evidence.

As far as we know Aliens or UFOs aren't 100% real. A lot of research has been done by people from nasa as well as other big US corporations. This CNN article highlights some incidents on where there have been further sightings of UFOs with solid evidence from researchers from the US government, but it also states. "There is absolutely nothing that I'm going to do, say, or produce evidentiary that is going to make the ture believers convert.... it is a religious belief that transcends critical thinking and rational thought." Which makes the idea of UFOs existing up to our own personal believe making it hard to figure out if this is true or false.

I like the mentioning of resistance to being wrong, as for many die hard UFO peoples, any attempt of saying "This is not real" is handwaved to government coverups.

Your fact check is good, however you could go further in depth about the sources you have used in order to create a stronger argument overall, with many strong sources from places such as BBC, CNN, and NASA, you should flesh it out more and specifically state where they got their evidence from these researchers and what types of studies they did. The topic is a bit difficult to do that however because it borders on myth, however the more detail the better. You did a good job with obtaining the info and you have a great foundation. Good job overall!

The fact-check does a good job of summarizing the complexity of the UFO debate and highlights different perspectives, including the psychological aspects of belief. However, it could improve by providing more details on the evidence available, the government’s role in UFO research, and being more specific about the current state of UFO investigations. More clarity about what is known and what is still uncertain would make the fact-check more informative and balanced. Overall this is a good fact check that could be improved in some areas. You provide really good and reliable sources that makes your fact check more credible.

While historical markers and stories may attempt to claim otherwise, there is no concrete evidence supporting the existence of Unidentified Flying Objects, particularly in the context of alien abduction

"Alien markers," recordings of people retelling their "experience" of an alien abduction, or similar experiences all feed into the mystery, but none are to the standard of evidence required to deem the "existence of UFO's" as "true."

It is important to note that these claims are in the context of UFO's involving aliens or extraterrestrials. A UFO by nature, is not strange. It is simply something flying that is unidentified. These people are referring to alien UFO's, which are not proven to be real.

This claim is false. UFO's (in the context of aliens) are not real.

I really enjoyed your response and found it helpful how you differentiated between the idea of a UFO not being false, and the idea of UFOs controlled by aliens being false. Both can coexist and be true. It is important to note that the claim had no evidence to back up, making it fall under the lines of false and misleading.

This is a great fact check to the claim as it provides clarity to the definition and context of UFOs that are recorded, specifying the ones that are labeled to the kind as being alien. Additionally, you provided reliable sources involving NASA and the Pentagon to support your fact check.
