The article claims that nuclear weapons could come into play in the Ukraine-Russia war and the U.S. now could be targeted because we donated the long-ranged missiles to Ukraine. While it seems like nuclear war could be a posibilty I wonder how realistic and likely this outcome truly is. The article talks about Russia building bomb shelters were being developed at mass-production rates but I wonder how different these rates are compared to the previous production rates and if there is signifigant evidence that this threat is serious.

Your main claim is that Russia is ready to go to nuclear war and will go to nuclear war if the conflict continues to escalate and the US continues to give weapons to Ukraine. After reading the article you provided and another article by The New York Times, this claim is true as America did provide missiles to Ukraine that were then fired at Russian territory. From this, Vladimir Putin signed a decree which lowers the threshold as to when they will use nuclear weapons. The signing of this decree was made public, as Putin released a video statement discussing it and it's guidelines. The New York Times doesn't discuss the bomb shelter production in Russia. In conclusion your claim is true.

This fact-check is good, but you could also add some analysis of your own thoughts given the evidence and research you did.

Excellent fact check and analysis of the sources, perhaps add some of your own thought and perspective.
